Medical & Dental Insurance

• Full-Time Employees:
  PEHP Silver Advantage medical plan with Delta Dental—fully covered by the district

• Buy-Up Options: Enhanced coverage options available at additional cost

• Part-Time Employees: Premiums are prorated based on FTE

In Lieu of Insurance Options

• Eligible employees who decline district insurance may choose one of the following:

  • A Medical Trust contribution

  • A stipend

  • An hourly rate increase

Additional Benefits

• Retirement through the Utah Retirement System (URS)

• District-paid coverage for:

  • Life Insurance

  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

  • Long-Term Disability (LTD)
