Description

Sweeper

Under general direction, performs light custodial work in the maintenance of school campuses and district administrative buildings. The position is responsible for completing assigned tasks in a timely and safe manner.

Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Performs general custodial work on school campuses and district administrative buildings

• Performs interior cleaning, including sweeping, vacuuming and cleaning carpet; dusting

surfaces; cleaning glass surfaces;

• Removes trash from classrooms.

• Notes and reports building/grounds maintenance needs to supervisor.

• Maintains accurate work records as required.
