Requirements |
|
|
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Post secondary training in a trade is desirable.
-
Meets mandated state/federal criteria (i.e., approved degree, completion of requisite higher education credit hours/courses or acceptable score on an authorized professional standards test).

5 years or more of office/secretarial experience /Post-secondary business school training or equivalent secretarial work experience is desirable.

Multi-tasking ability and strong diplomatic skills.

Knowledgeable in the use of office equipment/software applications that support job functions.

Proficient in office protocol, data entry, spelling, and proofreading.
-
Possesses proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for Mac.

A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment
-
Complies with drug-free workplace rules and corporation policies
-
Meets all mandated health requirements

Respects and observes the right of confidentiality

Support corporation decisions and direction relative to matters of policy and administrative directives

Description |
|
|
Job Objective:
Direct support and assistance to the Miller Explorers and Little Millers Preschool programs, providing appropriate administrative support as well as interaction with the Noblesville school staff, families, and community. Responsible for conducting themselves in an appropriate manner setting an example for students, parents and coworkers by reflecting the Noblesville Schools Vision and Mission.
