Requirements |

Minimum Qualifications:
-
Valid State Department of Education license/certificate appropriate for Welding Technology instruction.

Experience as a welding instructor and/or experience as an employed welder.

Demonstrates mastery of subject areas, commitment to improving instruction, and professional growth.

Commitment to keep current with workplace innovations that enhance personal productivity.

Meets all mandated health requirements.

A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.

Complies with drug-free workplace rules and corporation policies.

Description |
|
|
Job Objective:
Responsible for teaching and guiding students in welding practices and principles, ensuring they gain the technical skills and knowledge necessary for success in postsecondary education or immediate employment in the welding industry. Additionally, it is a priority for students to leave the welding program with industry recognized certifications. Responsible for conducting themselves in an appropriate manner setting an example for students, parents and coworkers by reflecting the Noblesville Schools Vision and Mission.
