Qualifications:

Credentials: Board of Certification (BOC) Certified, Oklahoma State Medical Board of Licensure, National Provider Identifier (NPI Number), Current CPR and First Aid Certification, Oklahoma Teaching Certificate (preferred)

 Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s preferred, Certified Athletic Trainer
