Job DescriptionThe successful applicant will meet responsibilities as outlined by the District. Qualifications Education• High school diploma, adult high school diploma, or G.E.D. • Must also meet one of the following: • Completion of two years of post-secondary study (48+ semester hours) • Associate’s degree (or higher) • Passing score on the Master Teacher Assessment (demonstrating ability to assist in reading, writing, and mathematics) Knowledge & Skills• Proficiency in operating computers, video, and audio equipment. • Ability to resolve or troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with IT support when needed. • Understanding of concurrent enrollment processes (preferred). • Competence in maintaining accurate attendance and proctoring exams with integrity. • Knowledge of classroom and student supervision practices. • Strong organizational skills to assist with scheduling, registration, and course materials. Abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, instructors, parents/guardians, and supervisors. • Ability to maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. • Ability to assist with distributing, collecting, and transmitting class materials accurately and promptly. • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities (technical setup, student supervision, instructional support) in a fast-paced academic environment. • Willingness to serve as a liaison between students/guardians and higher education partners (e.g., Snow College).

Complete District Application• Submit a Millard School District Classified Employee Application (available on the District website or at the District Office). Attach Required Documentation• Current résumé outlining education and relevant experience. • Copies of educational transcripts or proof of qualifying education (high school diploma/GED and either 48 semester hours, Associate’s degree, or passing score on the Master Teacher Assessment for instructional assistant/office support positions). • Any applicable certifications or training records (if required for the position). • Upload two letters of recommendation Screening & Interviews • Applications will be reviewed for minimum qualifications. • Selected applicants will be contacted for interviews with the school principal or hiring committee. Background Check • All candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check prior to employment.
