The Intervention Aide supports high school students in achieving academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success by providing targeted assistance under the direction of certified staff. This position focuses on helping students meet learning goals, reinforcing classroom instruction, and supporting intervention programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide small-group or one-on-one academic support to students in need of intervention.

• Assist students in understanding and completing assignments in core subjects.

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and intervention staff.

• Support positive behavior and reinforce school expectations.

• Assist in administering and scoring assessments as directed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential student records.

• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, and other designated areas.

• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to meet student needs.

• Participate in training and professional development as required.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
